Tier 1 is designed for individuals in early recovery or transitioning from higher levels of care who need consistent structure, accountability, and close support. This level of care provides daily oversight to help stabilize routines and reduce the risk of relapse during the most vulnerable stages.
At Polaris Recovery Care Partners, Tier 1 goes beyond basic support. We work directly with clients and families to ensure that recovery is actively maintained through structured daily engagement, care coordination, and real-time problem solving.
What's Included in Tier 1
- Daily check-ins for accountability and support
- Weekly communication with family or support system
- Coordination with treatment providers and recovery resources
- Assistance with scheduling therapy, meetings, and services
- Random drug and alcohol screening (as needed)
Additional Support & Overnight
- Crisis support and rapid intervention when necessary
- Real-time guidance through high-risk situations
- Ongoing structure and routine development
- Support navigating real-life challenges
- Accountability in maintaining recovery-focused behaviors
